It looks like singer Chris Brown is in legal trouble…again.
Brown’s former housekeeper, Patricia Avila, is suing the pop star for a vicious dog attack that left her sister badly injured.
Avila, along with her sister, were responsible for keeping Brown’s Tarzana estate immaculate twice a week, while being paid $600 per day.
In the lawsuit, Avila claims that while her sister was working in the backyard, Brown’s massive Caucasian Shepherd got loose and immediately attacked her sister. During the attack, the dog grabbed a hold of her limbs, ripping about 3 to 4 inches of skin from her arm, then proceeded to bite her face and her leg.
Brown, who was home at the time, called 9-1-1 and Avila’s sister was rushed to the hospital, where she had to stay for several days and undergo surgery to repair the damage.
Avila claims that the horrific ordeal caused her distress and severe anxiety, which resulted in frequent panic attacks.
She’s is currently suing Brown, claiming that he failed to protect them from unreasonable harm from the dog.
