Issa Rae Signs A Major Deal With Audible

Super producer-writer-actress Issa Rae has signed another major deal. This time it’s with Audible, the online audio book and podcast service. Issa has inked a development deal with Audible through her Raedio company.

With this collaboration, Issa’s company, Raedio, will produce scripted podcasts for Audible.

Raedio, which Issa and her team launched back in 2019, already has a great line-up of musical talent and it also provides music supervision services for television projects on Hulu, Netflix, STARZ, and of course, HBO.

Issa Rae’s star just keeps on shining. Not only did she go out on a high note with the series finale of her hit HBO series, Insecure, she’s continuing on her ladder of success in the world of entertainment.

In addition to Issa inking this major deal, she’s also working on a couple of upcoming projects such as a new HBO Max scripted comedy series, Rapsh*t and the second season of HBO reality series, Sweet Life: Los Angeles.
