Kylie Jenner’s Stalker Arrested After Breaking Into Beverly Hills Mansion

Earlier last week, Kylie Jenner’s known stalker, Jrue Mesgan, was arrested on breaking and entering into Jenner’s neighbor’s home in their Beverly Hills neighborhood.

Mesgan, an obsessed fan, who was arrested back in December for trespassing on Kylie’s property and violating a restraining order, was caught and hit with a burglary charge for this latest incident.

When the Beverly Hills police arrived on scene, they apprehended the suspect, who had allegedly, taken and drank a beer from the house that he entered, and took him to jail.

Beverly Hills PD sent the case to the District Attorney, hoping to get a felony prosecution. But, according to TMZ, that request was thrown out, and the D.A. sent the case to the Los Angeles city attorney, who charged Mesgan with 11 misdemeanors, including trespassing and violating a court order.

When Mesgan was arraigned on Tuesday (01/25), his appointed attorney argued that he was not competent to stand trial. Therefore, the case was turned over to the Los Angeles County Medical Health Court.
