Quavo and Saweetie Reveal Break-Up on Twitter…Or Is It All A Publicity Stunt?

Rapping lovebirds Quavo and Saweetie recently confirmed their break-up via social media.

Trouble in hip-hop paradise started brewing when fans noticed that Saweetie had unfollowed Quavo’s Instagram page. But, at the time Quavo was still following her.

Then, several hours later, the couple got into a back-and-forth on Twitter, admitting that the speculation was true. And it’s been a mess ever since.

Here’s the Twitter exchange:

I’m single. I’ve endured too much betrayal and hurt behind the scenes for a false narrative to be circulating that degrades my character. Presents don’t band aid scars and the love isn’t real when the intimacy is given to other women.

Now, reports are saying that Quavo has taken away the customized Bentley that he’d gifted Saweetie for Christmas.

These public break-ups have always been baffling, in my opinion. It makes you wonder if it’s real or not. Who knows? This could all be publicity stunt to gain more attention. I guess we’ll find out soon enough. I mean, it worked for Cardi and Offset.
